Reverend Marsha Lawrence-Davids is an ordained Minister of the Holiness Christian Church Inc. She gave her life to the Lord at the tender age of 10 and has been living a fulfilled Christian life for over 23 years. Driven by the understanding that only what is done for Christ will last, Marsha has made herself available to be used by the Lord in various capacities.
She has served as Vice President of the Youth Ministry, Cell Group Leader, Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Curriculum Coordinator and Evangelism Coordinator at the Portmore Holiness Christian Church. Currently, Marsha serves as the Minister with special responsibility for the discipleship and edification of the youths at her local church. She also serves the Holiness Christian Church denomination as 2nd vice president of the National Youth Department.
In her secular life, Reverend Lawrence-Davids works as a senior educator in the corporate area with special responsibilities for the performing arts, the monitoring of over 60 clubs and societies, the planning of cultural events and the supervision of over 35 teachers and coaches. Under her stewardship, her academic institution has won the distinguished Marcus Garvey Awards for Excellence in the Performing Arts for FOUR consecutive years.
Reverend Lawrence-Davids has done both her undergraduate and post graduate work in the field of Education at the University of the West Indies. She has also embarked on a masters in Interdisciplinary Studies at the Caribbean Graduate School of Theology.
Marsha has been married to Everett for the last eight years. The union has produced a son, Tereve Matthias Davids. Reverend Lawrence-Davids loves the Lord and has been guided by Psalm 37:4-6, Take delight in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
